The chromatographic behaviour of molibdenic heteropolyacids of phosphorus and silicon in ion-pair PR HPLC

Abstract

The chromatographic behaviour of molibdosilicon (MSA) and molibdophosporus (MPA) acids on octadecylsilica gel (column 150x4.6 mm) was investigated at using eluents containing tetrabuyilammonium bromid (TBAB) as ion-pair reagent. Acetic buffer, sulfuric and chloric acids were added in eluents as sources of protons. The optimum chromatographic conditions for simultaneous determination MSA and MPA are: the eluent - 60% acetonitril, 10% acetic buffer and 0,8-1,2 mM tetrabutylammonium bromid, detection wave - 310 nm.
