Syntheses
of methyl-, methoxypyrrolo[3,2-f]quinolones and their fluorinations
analogues from 6-substituted-5-aminoindoles
Abstract
The studied reactions of ethyl
acetoacetate and ethyl 4,4,4-trifluoroacetoacetate with 2,3,6-trimethyl-,
1,2,3,6-tetramethyl-, 2,3-dimethyl-6-methoxy- and
1,2,3-trimethyl-6-methoxy-5-aminoindoles. In last is discovered actuating
influence upon reactionary ability 1-CH3 groups
both on stage of the formation enaminocrotonates and at cyclization. Designed
methods of the syntheses some pyrrolo[3,2-f]quinolones and their
fluorinations analogues.
