HPLC water-soluble vitamins
on the modified sorbents
Abstract
The chromatographic
behavior HEMA S 1000 QL, modified with zink octa-4,5-carboxyphthalocynine and
3,8-di(1-methoxyethyl)deuteroporphyrin IX was studied. A model mixture of the
water-soluble vitamins as sorbats was investigated. The presence poor
interactions between molecules of the modificators and vitamins was
corroborated by absorption spectrum.The conditions of the vitamins
separation was found. The pharmaceuticals was analyzed in optimal conditions.
