Role of the Molecular Structure of Phytoregulators in Perception of the Chemical Signal by Receptors of the Plant Hormone Systems

Abstract

A role of molecular structure phytoregulators in perception of the chemical signal by receptors of plant hormonal systems and character of conformity phytoregulator to a receptor are considered on a basis a) the mechanism of perception and transduction a hormonal signal in a vegetative cell and б) postulates of physiological paradigm on which authors base strategy of chemical design phytoregulators with the given properties. It is shown, that at regulatory interaction, as against interaction of enzymes with their substrata, it is essential not geometrical (“a key to the lock”), but topochemical conformity of a bioregulator to a receptor of a biotarget. Submolecular consideration of formation of physiological activity of a molecule as integral of activity making her(it) effector fragments in view of influence of those fragments which determined polar and hydrophobic linkage with a receptor, is offered as a possible way of development QSAR to purchase heuristicity.
