Determination of pefloxacin in urine by synchronous fluorimetry

Abstract

The possibility of determination of fluoroquinolone antibiotics  in biological liquids by using synchronous fluorimetry is shown  in present article. It is demonstrated that sensibility of determination increases using formation complexes of pefloxacin with metal ions in micellar medium.
