A new method for the diffraction picture registration in gas electron diffraction study

Abstract

A new register device for diffraction picture is proposed; in it instead of photoplates the steady – state luminescent screen is situated. The electron diffraction from substance being studies exite luminescence of this screen, which is fixed by photo-contact reader and then transmit in form of two-dimensional intensity matrix on working computer.
