Liquid scintillation spectrometry of tritium in the investigation of compounds adsorption at water/non-polar liquid interface

Abstract

This paper is aimed at reviewing the application of scintillation phase method as a radiochemical assay for studying the behavior of surfactants in liquid/liquid systems. Theoretical background of the technique is described. The results of the investigations of cationic and nonionic surfactants in water/organic liquid (arenas, alkanes, alcohols) are summarized.
