Quantitative definition of himantane in blood plasma of rats

Abstract

The technique of quantitative definition of himantane in bioliquids (plasma of blood of rats) is developed. By means of a highly effective liquid chromatography with the mass spectrometer detector the analysis is carried out with application of the internal standard. A method validation on indicators of linearity, accuracy and correctness. The limit of detection of a method makes 2,5 ng/ml.
