Synthesis and study of the myo-inositolmonophosphatase inhibition activity of adamantylphosphates

Abstract

Synthesis of a series of phosphoric acid esters with adamantane alcohols is presented. Five compounds (oxo- and hydroxysubstituted adamantylphosphates) were tested for their inhibition activity to myo-inositolmonophosphatase.
