estimation of features of pharmacokinetics of the modified medicinal form
trimetazidine
Abstract
Preductal MB" ("Servier", France) and tablets of trimetazidine the modified liberation is spent comparative фapмaкoкинeтичecкoe preparation studying.
Their estimation pharmacokinetics indicators, values of bioavailability is
carried out. In experiences in vivo it is shown that processes of an
absorption, distribution, a metabolism and deducing of trimetazidine at
application of tablets of trimetazidine the modified liberation and "Preductal MB" are identical also medicinal forms are bioequivalent.
