Experimental modeling of fibrinolysis in vitro. influence of a2-antiplasmin and a2-macroglobulin.

Abstract

The experimental investigation of fibrinolysis in vitro was carried out. Interaction of the following proteins was taken into account: fibrin, plasmin, plasminogen and urokinase. Influence of plasmin inhibitors (a2-antiplasmin and a2-macroglobulin) on plasmin induced fibrinolysis or urokinase induced fibrinolysis was investigated.
