Identification and quantitative determination of flavonoids in fruits of a bird cherry

Abstract

Flavonoids composition of bird cherry fruits has been studied by method of thin layer chromatography. Optimal condition were selected and methods of quantitative determination of total amount of flavonoids in fruits of a bird cherry by spectrophotometry was developed.
