Thermobaric synthesis of bulk samples of crystalline carbon nitride

Abstract

Method based on impact of temperature and superhigh pressure was applied to crystallize the amorphous carbon nitride. The seeds of crystallization were used. Amorphous carbon nitride was prepared by laser-electric discharge method. The study of the synthesized product by X-ray diffraction has indicated the presents of a-and b- C3N4.
